  Check these common problems with your GoPro before proceeding:

  • Malfunctions: Update the firmware / reset camera parameters from Settings / try another MicroSD.
  • Does not load: Perform charging process on 5V wall adapter / try another charging cable. (It may take a few minutes to turn on the LED indicator and start the charging process)
  • Synchronization: Update firmware and APP / reset Wifi connections from Settings / change GHz from 5GHz to 2.4GHz from Settings / verify compatibility with device to link.
  • Water filtration: Verify the compartments are properly closed before doing water activities / keep grooves clean later when doing water activities (with a brush and fresh water)
